Return & Refund Policy

Tokyo Vintage MIYABI (“MIYABI”, “we”, “us”) operates as a vintage and pre-owned luxury retailer. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the order creation date. The date on which you first contact MIYABI will be considered the official return request date.


2. Return Conditions

MIYABI accepts returns for personal reasons; however, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received
  • No new damage, signs of use, or missing accessories
  • All returns must be approved by MIYABI prior to shipment

MIYABI reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Responsibility & Fees

Returns Due to MIYABI’s Responsibility

If the item’s condition does not materially match the product photos or description, MIYABI will cover all return-related costs.

Returns Due to Customer’s Responsibility (Change of Mind)

For returns requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • 15% tax based on the product price
  • 20% restocking fee based on the product price

4. Return Process

  1. Contact MIYABI to request a return authorization
  2. Follow the return instructions provided by MIYABI
  3. Ship the item back after approval

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may vary.


6. Important Notes

If a returned item shows new damage, excessive wear, or missing accessories, MIYABI reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct the corresponding loss from the refund amount.

Late return requests may be declined at MIYABI’s discretion.
